We sell digital shoes. You scan your feet in your browser, customise your pair in our 3D configurator, and we send you print-ready files for your own 3D printer. Nothing physical is shipped — what you get is a file, made to your own feet.

ShoeFactory is a product of Sneakprint GmbH, Munich.

A ZIP file by email, containing the STL files for your left and right shoe, calculated from your own foot scans. You can print them as often as you like.

Yes, or access to one — a print service works too. The geometry is built for common desktop printers; we recommend a flexible material such as TPU. The details are listed under the specifications on our home page.

The scan belongs to the order. Without it we cannot calculate your files, so the checkout stays locked until a measurement is attached to your cart. Scanning takes a couple of minutes and runs in your browser, no app needed.

After your purchase you receive a link to the configurator within about a minute. Once you complete your design, the print files usually arrive by email within one to two minutes.

Each order uses one foot scan — that of the person who scanned before checkout. All pairs in that order are made for those feet.

If you want a pair for someone else, place a separate order and scan that person's feet before that purchase. Two people cannot share one order.

Yes. Put the quantity you want in your cart, or several products at once — for example three Easy Slides, or an Easy Slide and another style.

After the purchase you get one link that shows all your pairs. You customise each pair separately, one after another: different lettering, a different sole height, or one with text and one without. Every pair gets its own print files, all based on the same scan of your feet.

No. Completing a configuration starts the calculation, and after that the design is fixed. Until you complete it, your changes are saved automatically — you can leave the page and continue later, even on another device.

A completed pair stays visible: open your link and choose “View” to see the configuration again. For a different version, order another pair.

There is no deadline. You can customise each pair whenever you are ready, and we calculate your print files as soon as you finish. If a pair is still waiting, we send you one reminder, so keep an eye on the email address you used for your order.

The only limit is the statutory limitation period: your claim to the print files expires three years after the end of the year in which you placed your order (see section 5 of our terms of service). After that we can no longer provide the files, and the purchase price is not refunded.

The measurement itself is carried out by Volumental. We receive the 3D models of your feet, use them to calculate your print files, and pass them to our calculation service ShapeDiver. We keep them only as long as we need them.
